  1. Please take the time to read these terms and conditions that govern St. Jerome’s – The Hotel website and provision of accommodation in general.

By accessing this website, you agree to accept, without limitation, all of these terms and conditions of use.

RESERVATIONS

All reservations are made subject to these terms and conditions and the person who makes this reservation will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of the individuals staying at the hotel or using its facilities.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age in order to make a reservation at St. Jerome’s – The Hotel. In addition, you agree to only make reservations in order to meet your personal needs, or those of another person on whose behalf you are authorized to make reservations.

All reservations are subject to availability. St. Jerome’s – The Hotel is not responsible for reservation communication failures, errors, or other malfunctions or entries on or in connection with the website.

PAYMENT

All bookings made with a credit card will incur a surcharge. Visa and Mastercard are accepted and will incur a surcharge of 1.5% and 3% for American Express and Diners Club.

Please note we do not accept cash payments.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers purchases are strictly non-refundable. Gift vouchers have a six month validity.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
  2. You may cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to your scheduled check in time at no additional fee.

If you wish to cancel your booking between 14 days and 7 days of your scheduled check in time, you will be required to pay 50% of the full amount of your first night’s accommodation rate.

    1. If you wish to cancel your booking less than 7 days of your scheduled check in time, you will be required to pay 100% of the full amount of your first night’s accommodation rate.
  1. Refunds will be processed in seven working days.

RESERVATION DATE CHANGES

  1. You may change your reservation date at no charge if the date of the request is made more than 14 days prior to your reservation.
    If the request is made less than 14 days prior to your reservation date, a change fee of $32.50 may apply.

    3. St. Jerome’s – The Hotel includes third party products or services into its packages and St. Jerome’s – The Hotel is not liable under any circumstances for any failure by third parties to provide those products or services at the time of your stay.
  2. Vouchers or other offers provided by third party companies are subject to terms and conditions specified by those third parties.
  3. CHECK OUT 
    1. Standard check out time is indicated on your reservation confirmation. Any departure from St. Jerome’s – The Hotel after that time may incur an additional cost.
  4. In the event that St. Jerome’s – The Hotel’s properties located inside your tent are damaged or stolen during the time of your stay, you will be held financially responsible.
  5. In the event that your personal possessions are lost, stolen, or misplaced whilst on premise, St. Jerome’s – The Hotel does not assume financial responsibility.
